If we choose to do this, I'll be much more available next week. Finally getting off the graveyard shift, moving to days. I'll be available just about every evening.

Our first all paragon fow team! We each brought morghan and sped through it pretty quickly.... we only had difficulty when agroing multiple mobs. Also... I think the build we took needed some help... I will post a new build for the next time.

after this picture we cleared the beach ...then had trouble with 4 monk shadow teams...after a few deaths. (and a few hours of playing...) we decided to call it quits. Next time I plan on clearing the map.

.... but I think a break from FoW would be nice? anyone have an Idea of where to go next?

Wish I could have been there. This Saturday and next Saturday are my last graveyard shifts at work. I'll be more readily available then.

Yay!~ it was a very nice trip. i'm Am Pak Thu btw. we tore through the tower quest, book quest, forge, cave and beach in just right under 2 hours. i actually couldn't believe the speed and the ease of us pwning those shadow armies and skeletals (and dragon lich). and imagine we stood there against the whole horde of cave spiders at the cave entrance without breaking a sweat. reminds me of '300' minus the blood and gore a very nice team put together although some skills in our builds are actually 'overkill' cuz some of the fights i din actually keep the SYG up cuz i was lazy n i was sure we could manage it =P

Anyways we should do this again next week (if i'm on). and 4 shadow monks + SS FTL!!~

Hey, Lord of Cruxious here That was a lot of fun, and I would really like to do it again. Ya, the only time we really got into trouble was when we agroed a few too many mobs, and the SS from the shadow beasts was overkill.

Hmmm, things other then FoW? How about ThK on hard mode? or some other mission?

When I get home tonight, I'll add you three to the friends list so I can be more flexible on trying to get together for the Paragon night out.

As for mission or quest, doesn't matter to me. My paragon has completed all three campaigns, so anything goes.

Talus Cerberus here, pretty amazing on what you can do with a team of paragons! It's pretty fun when your running FoW at game breaking speed! Found out some of my skills weren't used as much though such as some of the spear skills. Also, I found out that we were "clashing" chants and shouts around, denying the effect at all, just to put some info on to that. Overall, great trip would like to have another go this time..without the morghans =D

This sounds like a lot of fun. I'll be looking for you this weekend.

I can do any of the builds but Infuriating Heat and Expel Hexes. I could substitute Anthem of Fury for Infuriating Heat though. I'll set templates up to make switching easier. I wish they'd give us PvE equipment templates too, I'm always forgetting to swap out equipment to match skill changes.

I am also looking foward to another go. I think we should break from FoW for the time being and do some prophecies HM. Anyone opposed to starting in the dessert missions? You will need to run from La to sanctum cay. and after the mission at sanctum cay you can run to the different missions. Try to Get to the Dragon's Lair... if you can't however we can assist you in this.

I will not be able to do it this weekend however. There has been a death in the family (my distant grandpa) and I will be tied up. But that will give us some time to get to Glint. ...of course you can always party without me this weekend as well.

I have posted a more boiled down version of the build. We deeded more damage in fow.

I'm normally a forum lurker, but this thread piqued my interest as it closely resembled the way my brother and I played through Nightfall. We each ran paragons, both spear mastery + leadership + motivation/command, Morgahn as spear + command once we acquired him, and then Margrid and Jin as marksmanship + expertise + motivation. We cleared most of the fissure with only the five of us to get me my obsidian armor, and I used some combinations which you have neglected here. These suggestions are not to detract from your accomplishment, but are rather meant as friendly aids.

First and absolutely most important is Blazing Finale + They're on Fire. This obviates a huge amount of damage and is very nearly the paragon's only decent scalable ability. If one paragon with this combo makes a point of charging caster clusters, not only will damage become more manageable, but also will produce a prodigious amount of damage.

Almost as critical is some form of dazing. I used Broadhead Arrow, but Stunning Strike, or Shock + Awe are also feasible. This renders most FoW monks impotent, and an Epidemic thrown into the mix renders it a cakewalk.

Certainly in multi-paragon groups but in most other places, imo, Song of Purification beats the pants off Cautery Signet.

Signet of Synergy is easy to underestimate, but that little heal bails victims out of so many situations. We had four...

Besides that, there is a little too much redundancy in your build, e.g. your two copies of Anthem of Flame, which unless managed carefully to allow proper expiration will result in losing your refrains often enough.

Although we only had the one copy of Finale of Restoration and fared well enough, two does seem wise for redundancy, but your four copies seem excessive.

We did this before the era of P/Me ubiquity, and while I do bow to the efficiency of Expel Hexes, I can assure y'all that FoW can be done by 5paragon-types without any hex removal whatsoever.

It being finals week, I can be sure if I can make your convocation, but I'll try. Cheers,

Thanks for the input abihi. The Build I posted is just a template... and every time we actually get a party going, It always changes. The suggestions you posted were actually pretty similar to the first build I posted (which hass been edited out in deletion) . I found it too difficult to spam the 8 totally different builds to newcomers and try to explain every role. There are a few things I think I should point out.

~Actually in our trip to Fow. One of our Morgahns had ToF and Blazing finale. (as you can see in the picture) He was set to a basic tof warrior with axe..it worked well. Again the template is to remove a confusing situation, and assure that at least the basic skills are aquired.

~By far the best heal for an all paragon team (in my estimation) is Finale of restoration, while sig of syn. is a good spot heal, FoR is guarenteed to keep the targets health completely up for the entire duration... 8 paragons all with shouts= over healing. It is a much much better heal. SoS is for use between FoR.

~Stunning strike is a good idea, actually if you noticed, the build is still in the process of being updated....a work in progress, and work was hectic today,(just switched cruel for stun) and while stunning strike really isn't a necessity, It surely would've helped against the 4 monk team we had a little trouble with. The rest of the map was truly a breeze.

~The only real damage we took... and I mean ONLY, (aside from myself and overbonding with angelic bond) was from SS.... thus the hex removal.

...With that said... we would welcome more paragon's in the next trip, and the build (like was previously stated) will definitely change before then.
